Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment clears, then UPS Ground transit is typically 2–7 business days in the contiguous U.S. Oversized items like simulator studios may ship in multiple boxes that arrive on different days, each with its own tracking number.

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, with free return shipping and no restocking fee. Once a return is accepted, the refund is released within 7–10 business days to your original payment method — your bank then needs time to post it. Slope-adjusted distances are not permitted in most sanctioned competitions unless the event's local rules allow them. Do not discard the packaging. Email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund — email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, the return process applies instead.
