Callaway Golf ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from this storefront, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have — including your rights under U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended.

1. Information we collect

  • Order information: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and order details — everything needed to process, ship, and support your order.
  • Payment information: payment is processed by Shopify and its payment processors. We do not see, collect, or store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials on this storefront. The payment processor may share only the confirmation and last-four details needed for receipts and refunds.
  • Account and support information: messages you send us, including emails and contact-form submissions, and our replies.
  • Device and usage information: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate location (derived from IP), collected through cookies and similar technologies to operate the storefront, measure traffic, and detect fraud.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the storefront (cart, security, load balancing), preference cookies to remember settings, and analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic. Marketing cookies, where used, support advertising measurement. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may break checkout. 3. How we use your information

  • To process, ship, and deliver orders and to send order, shipping, and delivery updates;
  • To process returns, refunds, and warranty claims;
  • To answer support questions and to prevent fraud and abuse;
  • To improve the storefront and understand which products customers want;
  • To send marketing messages only where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time from any marketing email.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Where advertising partners receive identifiers for measurement, you may opt out via the "Your Privacy Choices" page linked in the footer.

4. Who we share it with

  • Shopify — our storefront and checkout platform, which processes orders and payments;
  • Payment processors — to authorize and settle payments and refunds;
  • UPS Ground and other delivery carriers — your name, delivery address, phone number, and tracking details, to deliver your order;
  • Fraud-prevention and analytics providers — limited technical data to detect abuse and measure traffic;
  • Legal and compliance — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and customers.

We do not share your information with data brokers, and we do not authorize any service provider to use your information for its own marketing.

5. Data retention

Order records are kept as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns and warranties, and meet tax and accounting obligations — generally up to 7 years. Support messages are kept for up to 2 years. Analytics data is aggregated or deleted on a rolling basis.

6. Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email support@callawaaygolf.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and the email address associated with your order or account. We verify requests before acting on them and respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days). You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

7. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit and rely on Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure for payment processing. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we limit access to personal information to the people and systems that need it to run this store.

8. Children

This storefront is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchases are made by adults; if you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices change; the current version will always be posted here with its last-updated date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for at least 30 days.
